Public Terms of Use

These terms govern access to the public Clinistack website and public materials. They do not replace a signed customer agreement.

Public Website Only

These terms apply to clinistack.io, public marketing pages, public security-reporting pages, and public communications initiated from the site. Application subscriptions, pilots, validation commitments, service levels, support terms, data-processing terms, BAAs, and other customer obligations require a separate signed agreement.

Professional Evaluation Only

Public content is product information for professional evaluation. Clinical, legal, regulatory, quality-system, validation, and oversight decisions remain governed by customer-controlled processes and signed agreements.

No PHI Or Regulated Trial Records In Public Channels

Do not send PHI, subject identifiers, source documents, safety reports, protocol deviations, document names, protocol identifiers, or other regulated clinical-trial evidence through public email, public website links, or public security-reporting channels. Customer data must be handled only through the governed application environment and signed customer terms.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the public site to:

  • Break the law, infringe rights, or submit misleading or harmful content.
  • Probe, scan, attack, overload, disrupt, or bypass security controls except as allowed by the Security page.
  • Access or attempt to access non-public systems, customer data, or other users' information.
  • Send malware, spam, credential-harvesting content, or unsolicited bulk messages.

Third-Party Names And Logos

Third-party names and logos are shown only to describe compatibility context or ecosystem relevance. No partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or approval is implied unless expressly stated in a signed agreement or public announcement.

Intellectual Property

Clinistack owns or licenses the public site, text, designs, graphics, software, and other materials except third-party marks or content. You may view and share public pages for ordinary business evaluation. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or reuse substantial parts of the site or materials to build a competing service.

Feedback

If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow Clinistack to use it without restriction or compensation. Do not send confidential information unless we have a signed agreement covering that exchange.

Availability And Changes

The public site is provided for general information and may change or be unavailable at any time. Product descriptions, roadmap references, control descriptions, and availability statements are not commitments unless repeated in a signed customer agreement.

Disclaimers

The public site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinistack disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation for public website content.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinistack will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from public site use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing Law

Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, these public terms are governed by Indiana law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
